Ms. Paterson is actively involved as a leader in many organizations including the Minneapolis Area Senior Workers Association, St. Paul Senior Workers Association, Social Workers in Marketing (SWIM), Care Options Network, and previously the TwinWest Chamber of Commerce. This includes Ms. Paterson having served on the Board of Directors for the Minneapolis Area Senior Workers Association and SWIM.

Ms. Paterson attended Purdue University although her education really came from the many life experiences she has faced. She worked for various corporations in different industries prior to starting her own executive recruiting company. Her life was turned upside down as a result of being rear-ended in 1995. During her disability, Ms. Paterson found there are many resources available. She decided to use her experiences and help others faced with life’s challenges.
